The Enrolled Freemen of Grimsby are inviting suppliers to tender for the installation of Solar PV Panels at Freeman Street Market, Freeman Street, Grimsby, DN32 7DS.

The tender evaluation process will cover:
- Evaluation of Contractor Questionnaire on a Pass/Fail basis;
- Evaluation of Tender: Method Statement (60%); and, Pricing Schedule (40%).
A panel consisting of members of The Enrolled Freemen of Grimsby will carry out the evaluation of tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. This is a balance of quality and price. We are not bound to accept the cheapest priced tender, or any tender. We will award a contract on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender to ourselves. The maximum (ceiling) budget available for this contract is £75,000 (excluding VAT).
