NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING 2022
Sections 9-13, The Grimsby Pastures Acts 1849 – 1949
The Annual Report of the Pastures Committee will be presented to the Annual Meeting of the Enrolled Freemen of Grimsby to be held on 6th June 2022.
Notice is hereby given that the 173rd Annual Meeting of the Enrolled Freemen of Grimsby will be held at:-
The Hub, Freemen Street Market, Nelson Street, Grimsby DN32 7DS
on Monday 6th June 2022 at 12 noon, to:-
(a) appoint an Enrolled Freeman to act as Chairman for the next 12 months;
(b) receive the Annual Report of the Pastures Committee together with the Financial Statements for the year ended 28th February 2022, including the Independent Auditors' Report and to adopt a resolution on the reports;
(c) appoint 14 Enrolled Freemen to serve on the Pastures Committee for the ensuing year;
(d) appoint auditors for the ensuing year.
All positions are open to men and women who are on the Pastures Roll of Freemen
Nominations for membership of the Pastures Committee must be received by the Clerk by email to or by post to Wilkin Chapman LLP, Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby DN31 2LJ to arrive by 12 noon on Tuesday 31st May 2022.
